Financial Options
We understand that cost can sometimes feel like a barrier to great dental care. That’s why we offer multiple ways to make treatment accessible and manageable for a wide range of budgets. At Cinco Ranch Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care while helping you find the right financial solution for your needs. We’ll work closely with you so your oral health never takes a backseat to financial concerns.
Payment & Financing
To make things as convenient as possible, we accept several forms of payment, including cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Patients who pay in full using cash receive a 5% courtesy discount. Please note that this discount does not apply to checks or debit cards.Â
We also partner with CareCredit to offer flexible monthly financing options with no annual fees or prepayment penalties. Payment is required at the beginning of treatment. For treatment plans over $500, a $150 deposit is needed to secure your first appointment.
Insurance
Our team is happy to work with your dental insurance provider to help you get the most out of your benefits. We will file your claims for you and provide a detailed breakdown of costs prior to your treatment. If your insurance company has not paid within 60 days, the balance becomes your responsibility, and you may follow up directly with your provider.
Additional Policies
To help us maintain a smooth schedule and provide quality care for all patients:
- Missed or late-canceled appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in a cancellation fee of up to $150.
- More than one missed appointment per calendar year without notice may result in a $100 charge.
- Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
- Unpaid balances over 90 days may be subject to a 33% collection fee.
